CLC Staff — All steps need to be followed

Before You Begin

You are expected to have an up-to-date TRT Plan that includes timetable, how to access items within the room (e.g., maths resources, worksheets), and instructions for TRT about your program and room.

⚠️ Upon feedback from TRT you may be asked to provide additional documents once return to work occurs.

Request Leave

Submit your leave request using the Staff Portal Calendar at least 7 days in advance

Submit Form

Complete the Planned Absence Form via the button below

Confirmation

Receive automated response confirming your submission

Prepare Resources

Prepare program/curriculum resources for your impending absence

Await Approval

Receive response from Leadership if approved

Staff Calendar

Add your name to the Staff Calendar link on CLC Staff 2026

Resources to Annette

Provide program resources to Annette (day before leave)
